IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria 2025

To apply for the IBPS PO exam 2025, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates in their final year of graduation are not eligible unless their final results are declared on or before the closing date of registration.

2. Age Limit:

Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years of age as of 1st July 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories:

  • OBC: 3 years

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • PwBD: 10 years

3. Nationality:

Applicants must be one of the following:

  • A citizen of India

  • A subject of Nepal or Bhutan

  • A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India
